ฝ่ายปากนั้นให้พาลีประจำอยู่ ส่วนฝ่ายหางนั้นเหล่าเทพทั้งปวงอยู่พร้อม; ด้วยคำแนะนำของวาสุเทวะ พญาเต่าจึงรับภาระและทรงไว้มั่นคง
