मार्कंड इति नामाऽथ तस्य चक्रे पिता स्वयम् । सोऽतीव ववृधे बालस्तस्मिन्नाश्रम उत्तमे
mārkaṃḍa iti nāmā'tha tasya cakre pitā svayam | so'tīva vavṛdhe bālastasminnāśrama uttame
