अथ तं मध्यगः प्राह कृतांजलिर्द्विजोत्तमः । दृष्ट्वाऽन्यमनसं शक्रं कृतपूर्वोपकारिणम्
atha taṃ madhyagaḥ prāha kṛtāṃjalirdvijottamaḥ | dṛṣṭvā'nyamanasaṃ śakraṃ kṛtapūrvopakāriṇam
ครั้งนั้น พราหมณ์ผู้ประเสริฐยืนอยู่ท่ามกลางพวกเขา ประนมมือแล้วกล่าวแก่ศักระ ครั้นเห็นท่านใจฟุ้งซ่าน แม้ก่อนนั้นเคยเป็นผู้มีอุปการคุณมาแล้ว
