देयं तालत्रयं सम्यक्सर्वेषां निर्णयोद्भवे

เมื่อการตัดสินบังเกิดขึ้นโดยชอบแล้ว พึงให้ “ตาละ” สามครั้งแก่ทุกฝ่ายโดยถูกต้องตามพิธี
