विश्वामित्र उवाच । कीर्तयिष्ये नरव्याघ्र कारणानि बहूनि च । चमत्कारस्य पत्न्याश्च दानेन पतिता यतः
viśvāmitra uvāca | kīrtayiṣye naravyāghra kāraṇāni bahūni ca | camatkārasya patnyāśca dānena patitā yataḥ
วิศวามิตรกล่าวว่า: “โอ้ผู้เป็นพยัคฆ์ท่ามกลางมนุษย์ เราจักกล่าวเหตุอันมากมาย เพราะภรรยาของจมัตการะได้ตกจากความเหมาะสมแห่งธรรม ด้วยเหตุแห่งการให้ทาน”
