tasmādahaṃ kariṣyāmi tvayā sārdhaṃ tapaḥ śubhe | pitrā naiva hi me kāryaṃ na ca mātrā kathaṃcana

เพราะฉะนั้น โอ้ผู้เป็นมงคล ข้าจะบำเพ็ญตบะร่วมกับเจ้า ข้ามิได้ข้องเกี่ยวกับบิดาเลย และมารดาก็มิได้เกี่ยวข้องแต่อย่างใด
