यत्किञ्चिद्वा श्रुतं लोके पुराणाग्र्यं व्यवस्थितम् । वर्तमानं भविष्यच्च तदहं वेद्मि भो द्विजाः

yatkiñcidvā śrutaṃ loke purāṇāgryaṃ vyavasthitam | vartamānaṃ bhaviṣyacca tadahaṃ vedmi bho dvijāḥ

สิ่งใดก็ตามที่ได้ยินกันในโลก และสิ่งใดที่ตั้งมั่นอยู่ในปุราณะอันประเสริฐ—ทั้งที่เป็นปัจจุบันและที่จะมาถึง—โอ้ทวิชะทั้งหลาย ข้าพเจ้ารู้ทั้งหมดนั้น
