एतान्येव दिनानीह नायातास्तेन पद्मज । औदुंबरीं वयं श्रुत्वा ह्यपूर्वां तेन संगताः

etānyeva dinānīha nāyātāstena padmaja | auduṃbarīṃ vayaṃ śrutvā hyapūrvāṃ tena saṃgatāḥ

ข้าแต่ปัทมชะ (พรหมา) นับแต่ครั้งนั้นมา เพียงไม่กี่วันเท่านั้นที่ล่วงไป ครั้นได้ยินกิตติศัพท์แห่งอาวุทุมพรีอันอัศจรรย์ไม่เคยมีมาก่อน พวกเราจึงพร้อมใจกันมาชุมนุมที่นี่
