purā saṃsraṣṭukāmo'haṃ nāgānāṃ navamaṃ kulam | tadbhaviṣyati tvatpārśvātsamaryādaṃ dharātale

Translation

“กาลก่อน เราปรารถนาจะให้กำเนิดวงศ์นาคลำดับที่เก้า จึงได้กำหนดไว้ว่า จากฝ่ายของเจ้า วงศ์นั้นจักบังเกิดบนแผ่นดิน โดยตั้งมั่นด้วยขอบเขตและระเบียบอันสมควร”
