सूत उवाच । तच्छ्रुत्वा वचनं तस्याः शंखचक्रगदाधरः । विहस्याथ महालक्ष्मीं तामुवाच प्रहर्षितः । मुहुर्मुहुः समालिंग्य वक्षसश्चोपरि स्थिताम्
sūta uvāca | tacchrutvā vacanaṃ tasyāḥ śaṃkhacakragadādharaḥ | vihasyātha mahālakṣmīṃ tāmuvāca praharṣitaḥ | muhurmuhuḥ samāliṃgya vakṣasaścopari sthitām
สูตกล่าวว่า: ครั้นทรงสดับถ้อยคำของนางแล้ว พระผู้ทรงสังข์ จักร และคทา ก็ทรงแย้มสรวล; แล้วด้วยความยินดีจึงตรัสกับพระมหาลักษมี—ผู้พิงอยู่เหนือพระอุระ—พร้อมทั้งทรงโอบกอดนางครั้งแล้วครั้งเล่า
