सूत उवाच । प्रश्नभारो महानेष यो भवद्भिरुदाहृतः । कीर्तयिष्ये तथाप्येनं नमस्कृत्य स्वयंभुवे
sūta uvāca | praśnabhāro mahāneṣa yo bhavadbhirudāhṛtaḥ | kīrtayiṣye tathāpyenaṃ namaskṛtya svayaṃbhuve
สุูตะกล่าวว่า: คำถามอันหนักแน่นยิ่งนี้ที่ท่านทั้งหลายยกขึ้น ช่างใหญ่หลวงนัก ถึงกระนั้น ข้าพเจ้าจะเล่าให้ฟัง โดยนอบน้อมแด่สวะยัมภู (พระผู้บังเกิดด้วยพระองค์เอง) ก่อน
