ततः पुरोधा वचनं नन्दिनं चाब्रवीत्तदा । येन विस्खलितं तत्र रत्नादीनां प्रपूजनम् । सोऽपि मूढो न संदेहः कार्याकार्येषु मंदधीः

tataḥ purodhā vacanaṃ nandinaṃ cābravīttadā | yena viskhalitaṃ tatra ratnādīnāṃ prapūjanam | so'pi mūḍho na saṃdehaḥ kāryākāryeṣu maṃdadhīḥ

แล้วปุโรหิตกล่าวแก่นันทิว่า “ผู้ใดทำให้พิธีบูชาที่นั่น—พร้อมทั้งการถวายรัตนะและสิ่งอื่น—สะดุดขัดข้อง ผู้นั้นย่อมหลงผิดแน่ เป็นคนปัญญาทึบ แยกไม่ออกว่าสิ่งใดควรหรือไม่ควร”
