एवमेव न चाप्येवमेवमेव न चान्यथा । कार्यमेव न वा कार्यं कार्याकार्यं तथा परे

evameva na cāpyevamevameva na cānyathā | kāryameva na vā kāryaṃ kāryākāryaṃ tathā pare

“เป็นเช่นนั้นแท้!”—“ไม่ใช่เช่นนั้นแท้!”—“ต้องเป็นเช่นนั้นเท่านั้น!”—“มิใช่อย่างอื่น!” ดังนี้บางพวกโต้เถียงว่า “ต้องทำ” หรือ “ไม่จำเป็นต้องทำ” และบางพวกก็ถกกันว่าอะไรควรทำ อะไรไม่ควรทำ
