तानि सर्वाणि दृष्टानि शंभुना परमेष्ठिना । आश्रयोऽहं च सर्वेषां भूतानां नात्र संशयः । असुराणां सुराणां च सर्वेषामपि वल्लभः

tāni sarvāṇi dṛṣṭāni śaṃbhunā parameṣṭhinā | āśrayo'haṃ ca sarveṣāṃ bhūtānāṃ nātra saṃśayaḥ | asurāṇāṃ surāṇāṃ ca sarveṣāmapi vallabhaḥ

เหตุการณ์ทั้งปวงนั้น พระศัมภูผู้เป็นปรเมศวรได้ทอดพระเนตรแล้ว “เราเป็นที่พึ่งของสรรพสัตว์ทั้งหลาย—หาใช่มีข้อสงสัยไม่ ทั้งอสูรและเทวะ เราเป็นที่รักของทุกผู้”
