trayodaśī nabhasye ca kṛṣṇā sā hi kaleḥ smṛtā | yugādayaḥ smṛtā hyetā dattasyākṣayakārakāḥ

Translation

วันตรีโยทศี (ขึ้น/แรมวันที่ ๑๓) ในปักษ์มืดของเดือนนภัสยะ ถูกจดจำว่าเป็นปฐมกาลแห่งกาลียุค ติถีเหล่านี้เรียกว่า “ยุคาทิ” และทาน (ดานะ) ที่ถวายในวันนั้นย่อมให้ผลไม่สิ้นสุด
