नारद उवाच । श्रीमन्महीनगरके यानि तीर्थानि फाल्गुन । तानि वक्ष्यामि यत्रास्ते जया दित्यो रविः प्रभुः
nārada uvāca | śrīmanmahīnagarake yāni tīrthāni phālguna | tāni vakṣyāmi yatrāste jayā dityo raviḥ prabhuḥ
นารทกล่าวว่า: “โอ ฟาลคุนะ เราจักบอกเล่าถึงตีรถะทั้งหลายที่อยู่ในมหีนครกะอันรุ่งเรือง ที่ซึ่งพระสุริยเทพผู้เป็นใหญ่ นามว่า ชยาทิตยะ ประทับอยู่”
