प्रशांते मानसे ह्यस्य शारीरमुपशाम्ति । मनसो दुःखमूलं तु स्नेह इत्युपलभ्यते

praśāṃte mānase hyasya śārīramupaśāmti | manaso duḥkhamūlaṃ tu sneha ityupalabhyate

เมื่อจิตของผู้นั้นสงบแล้ว ความทุกข์ทางกายก็ย่อมระงับ และเป็นที่ประจักษ์ว่า รากแห่งทุกข์ของจิตคือ ‘สเนหะ’ คือความยึดติดผูกพัน
