येन वेगैर्विना जीर्णं छर्दिमूर्च्छाविवर्जितम् । तं तु शुद्धं विजानीयादिति धर्मविदो विदुः

yena vegairvinā jīrṇaṃ chardimūrcchāvivarjitam | taṃ tu śuddhaṃ vijānīyāditi dharmavido viduḥ

หากย่อยได้โดยปราศจากอาการรุนแรง ไม่มีอาเจียนและไม่เป็นลมไซ้ ผู้รู้ธรรมย่อมถือว่าผู้นั้นบริสุทธิ์ (พ้นมลทิน).
