tasmādvyādhimayaṃ jñeyaṃ śarīramidamātmanaḥ | rogairnānāvidhairyāṃti dehe duḥkhānyanekaśaḥ
Lomaharṣaṇa (Sūta) (deduced from Māheśvara-khaṇḍa context)
Scene: A human figure surrounded by faint silhouettes of ailments (fever, cough, pain) like shadows; above, a calm lamp of dharma burns steadily, suggesting refuge beyond bodily duḥkha.
Seeing the body as inherently vulnerable to illness encourages detachment and a turn toward dharma and liberation.
No sacred geography is invoked in this verse.
None; it is an instruction in right understanding (jñāna) about embodiment.
