พึงเพ่งมณฑลสุริยะดุจดอกบัว ณ กึ่งกลาง ล้อมด้วยหญ้าดัรภะและสิ่งอื่น ๆ; และ ณ ศูนย์กลางมณฑลจันทร์ พึงภาวนามณฑลเพลิง
