Transliteration

śirasyagastyamādhāya tathaiva ca puraṃdaram | udakyādarśanaṃ sparśaṃ varjyaṃ saṃbhāṣaṇaṃ tathā

Translation

โดยระลึกถึงฤๅษีอคัสตยะและปุรันทร (พระอินทร์) เป็นแบบอย่างอันควรบูชา พึงเว้นการเห็นสตรีมีระดู เว้นการสัมผัส และเว้นการสนทนาในช่วงข้อห้ามนั้นด้วย
