तस्यैव हेतोः प्रयतेत्कोविदो यन्न दुःखवित् । कालेन घोररुपेण गंभीरेण समाहितः
tasyaiva hetoḥ prayatetkovido yanna duḥkhavit | kālena ghorarupeṇa gaṃbhīreṇa samāhitaḥ
ด้วยเหตุนี้เอง บัณฑิตผู้ไม่ยอมเป็นผู้รู้จักทุกข์พึงเพียรพยายามอย่างจริงจัง ตั้งสติแน่วแน่ระลึกถึงกาละ (เวลา) ในรูปอันน่าสะพรึงและลึกเกินหยั่งถึง
