यवजं देवलो लिंगं पतिमित्येव नाम च । वल्मीकजं च वाल्मीकिश्चिरवासीति नाम च

yavajaṃ devalo liṃgaṃ patimityeva nāma ca | valmīkajaṃ ca vālmīkiściravāsīti nāma ca

เทวละได้ประดิษฐานลึงค์ที่ทำจากข้าวบาร์เลย์ และขนานนามว่า “ปติ” คือ “พระผู้เป็นเจ้า” ส่วนวาลมีกิได้ประดิษฐานลึงค์ที่เกิดจากจอมปลวก เรียกว่า “จิรวาสี” คือ “ผู้สถิตนิรันดร์”
