yaścastriyā samāyogaḥ paṃcayajñādikarmabhiḥ | viśvopakṛtaye sṛṣṭā mūḍhairhā sādhyate'nyathā

การครองคู่กับภรรยา พร้อมทั้งหน้าที่ที่เริ่มด้วยมหายัญห้าประการนั้น ถูกสร้างขึ้นเพื่อเกื้อกูลโลก; แต่อนิจจา ผู้หลงมัวกลับประพฤติไปในทางบิดเบือน
