และในทิศทักษิณ จากวิฆนราช มีคเณศวรนามทันตหัสดะ ผู้จารึก (กำหนด) อุปสรรคเป็นพัน ๆ แก่ผู้ที่เป็นปฏิปักษ์ต่อวาราณสี
