taddakṣiṇe ca kedāro rudrānucaratāpradaḥ | caṃdrasūryānvayairbhūpaiḥ kedārāddakṣiṇāpathe

Translation

ทางทิศใต้ของที่นั้นมีเกดาระ ผู้ประทานภาวะแห่งการเป็นผู้ติดตามและผู้รับใช้พระรุทระ และตามเส้นทางทิศใต้จากเกดาระ มีสถานที่เกี่ยวเนื่องกับกษัตริย์แห่งวงศ์จันทราและวงศ์สุริยะ
