दक्षस्य हि शुभोदर्कमिच्छन्प्रोवाच चेति वै । दधीचिरुवाच । दक्षप्रजापते दक्ष साक्षाद्धातृस्वरूपधृक्
dakṣasya hi śubhodarkamicchanprovāca ceti vai | dadhīciruvāca | dakṣaprajāpate dakṣa sākṣāddhātṛsvarūpadhṛk
ด้วยปรารถนาความสวัสดิมงคลแก่ทักษะ เขาจึงกล่าวขึ้นจริง ๆ ดธีจิกล่าวว่า: “โอ้ทักษะ ประชาบดี โอ้ทักษะ! ท่านทรงไว้ซึ่งรูปแท้ของธาตฤ ผู้สร้างสรรพสิ่งโดยตรง”
