สกันทะกล่าวว่า: โอ้มหาปราชญ์ จงสดับเถิด เราจักเล่ากำเนิดแห่งธรรมตีรถะ ตามเรื่องที่เรียกว่า ‘วินธยนนติ-หฤท’ ดังที่องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าได้ตรัสไว้โดยแท้
