dattvā deyaṃ yathāśakti vittaśāṭhyavivarjitaḥ | dṛṣṭvā triviṣṭapaṃ liṃgaṃ samabhyarcyātibhaktitaḥ

เมื่อถวายทานสิ่งที่ควรถวายตามกำลัง โดยปราศจากความตระหนี่ในทรัพย์; ครั้นได้เห็นลิงคะอันเป็นดุจตรีวิษฏปะ (สวรรค์) แล้ว พึงบูชาด้วยภักติอันแรงกล้า
