तीर्थान्मंदाकिनी नाम्नो द्विजाः पाशुपतव्रताः । शिवैकाराधनपराः समेता अयुतोन्मिताः

tīrthānmaṃdākinī nāmno dvijāḥ pāśupatavratāḥ | śivaikārādhanaparāḥ sametā ayutonmitāḥ

จากตีรถะชื่อมันดากินี ได้มีพราหมณ์ผู้เกิดสองครั้งผู้ถือพรตปาศุปตะ มาโดยมุ่งบูชาพระศิวะเพียงองค์เดียว และรวมกันเป็นหมู่คณะราวหนึ่งหมื่น
