मंदेहदेहनाशार्थमुदयास्तमये रविः । समीहते द्विजोत्सृष्टं मंत्रतोयांजलित्रयम्

ยามอรุณขึ้นและยามอาทิตย์อัสดง พระสุริยะเพียรทำลายกายของพวกมันเทหะ จึงปรารถนาน้ำสามอัญชลีที่ชำระด้วยมนตร์ ซึ่งผู้เป็นทวิชาถวาย
