स्प्रष्टुं न लभ्यते चैतद्वात्या न प्रभवेदिह । क उपायोत्र कर्तव्यो वृथा जातो ममोद्यमः
spraṣṭuṃ na labhyate caitadvātyā na prabhavediha | ka upāyotra kartavyo vṛthā jāto mamodyamaḥ
“สิ่งนี้แม้แต่จะสัมผัสก็หาได้ไม่ และ ณ ที่นี้ แม้ลมพายุยังมิอาจครอบงำมันได้ จะใช้วิธีใดในกิจนี้เล่า? ความเพียรของเราดูประหนึ่งสูญเปล่า”
