समागतायां तन्मूर्तौ सर्वानष्टाग्रयः प्रजाः । हव्यकव्यक्रियाशून्या विरजिष्यंति राजनि

samāgatāyāṃ tanmūrtau sarvānaṣṭāgrayaḥ prajāḥ | havyakavyakriyāśūnyā virajiṣyaṃti rājani

เมื่ออวตารรูปนั้นถูกถอนออกไป ประชาชนทั้งปวงจักสูญสิ้นระเบียบชั้นอันประเสริฐ; ปราศจากพิธีบูชาเครื่องสังเวยแก่เทวะและบรรพชน (หัวยะ–กัวยะ) แล้ว ในรัชสมัยพระราชานั้นจักตกสู่ความละเลยและความระส่ำระสาย
