เมื่อท่านเดินทางต่อไป ก็ทอดพระเนตรเห็นเทือกเขาวินธยะอยู่เบื้องหน้า อันเป็นภูผาค้ำจุนแผ่นดิน งามผ่องด้วยสายน้ำเรวา (นรมทา) และเลื่องชื่อว่าดับไฟเร่าร้อนแห่งสังสารวัฏ
