ครั้นสำคัญนางกษัตรีย์ว่าเป็นเนื้อสด นกมหึมาผู้กำเนิดจากวงศ์สุปรรณะ—ด้วยอำนาจแห่งชะตากรรมอันไหม้เกรียม—ก็โฉบฉวยนางผู้ไร้เดียงสาไป
