महादेवः सुचरितं बभाषे तदनंतरम् । अस्य तीर्थस्य तीरे त्वं वसन्सुचरित द्विज
mahādevaḥ sucaritaṃ babhāṣe tadanaṃtaram | asya tīrthasya tīre tvaṃ vasansucarita dvija
แล้วมหาเทวะตรัสแก่สุจริตะว่า “ดูก่อนพราหมณ์สุจริตะ เมื่อพำนักอยู่ ณ ฝั่งแห่งตีรถะนี้… (จงอยู่ที่นี่เถิด)”
