योगशाला हि गंतव्या कर्त्तव्यं गुरुवंदनम् । न चकारं महामंत्रं जपितव्यमहर्निशम्

yogaśālā hi gaṃtavyā karttavyaṃ guruvaṃdanam | na cakāraṃ mahāmaṃtraṃ japitavyamaharniśam

ควรไปยังโยคศาลาโดยแท้ และควรกระทำคุรุวันทนา คือการนอบน้อมแด่ครู. มหามนต์ ‘นะ-จักการะ’ พึงสวดภาวนาทั้งกลางวันและกลางคืน.
