शासनं चेन्न दृष्टं वो नैव तत्पालयाम्यहम् । द्विजाः कोपसमाविष्टा ददुः प्रत्युत्तरं तदा
śāsanaṃ cenna dṛṣṭaṃ vo naiva tatpālayāmyaham | dvijāḥ kopasamāviṣṭā daduḥ pratyuttaraṃ tadā
“หากพวกท่านมิได้เห็นพระบัญชา (อำนาจ) ข้าก็จักไม่ปฏิบัติตามนั้น” ครั้นแล้วเหล่าทวิชะผู้เดือดดาลจึงให้คำตอบ
