จากทวิชะ (พราหมณ์) จำนวนหนึ่งหมื่นแปดพัน ได้บังเกิดสกุลสืบสายต่าง ๆ คือ วาตสยายนะ อุปมันยุ ชาตูกรรณยะ และต่อมาคือ ปิงคละ
