आयुर्यशः सुखं प्रज्ञा धर्मो धान्यं धनं जयः । संतानं वर्द्धते नित्यं भूमिदः सुखमश्मुते
āyuryaśaḥ sukhaṃ prajñā dharmo dhānyaṃ dhanaṃ jayaḥ | saṃtānaṃ varddhate nityaṃ bhūmidaḥ sukhamaśmute
ผู้ถวายที่ดิน ย่อมมีอายุยืน ยศชื่อเสียง สุข ปัญญา ธรรมะ ธัญญาหาร ทรัพย์สมบัติ และชัยชนะเพิ่มพูนเสมอ ทั้งวงศ์วานก็เจริญรุ่งเรืองไม่ขาดสาย ผู้ให้ที่ดินย่อมบรรลุความผาสุกแท้จริง
