แล้วศึกก็อุบัติขึ้นระหว่างพระเทวีกับกรณาฏะ โดยมีเหล่าฤๅษีเฝ้าดู ณ ที่นั้น พร้อมทั้งพ่อค้าและเหล่าทวิชะผู้เกิดสองครั้ง
