इति तस्या वचः श्रुत्वा विहस्य ब्राह्मणोत्तमः । प्रोवाच कष्टात्कष्टं हि चरितं तव भामिनि
iti tasyā vacaḥ śrutvā vihasya brāhmaṇottamaḥ | provāca kaṣṭātkaṣṭaṃ hi caritaṃ tava bhāmini
ครั้นได้ฟังถ้อยคำของนาง พราหมณ์ผู้ประเสริฐก็แย้มยิ้มแล้วกล่าวว่า “โอ้ภามินี ผู้เร่าร้อนด้วยอารมณ์ เรื่องราวชีวิตของเจ้าช่างเป็นทุกข์ซ้อนทุกข์แท้”
