ด้วยความชราภาพ เวลาก็ล่วงเลยมานาน ข้าพเจ้าจึงไม่อาจเล่าอย่างยืดยาวได้ ดังนั้น โอ้ผู้เป็นที่รัก ข้าพเจ้าจะกล่าวแก่ท่านโดยสังเขป—จงตั้งใจรับฟังและเข้าใจถ้อยคำของข้าพเจ้า
