जम्भशुम्भैश्च कूष्माण्डकुहकादिभिः । वेपमानार्दिताः सर्वे ब्रह्माणमुपतस्थिरे
jambhaśumbhaiśca kūṣmāṇḍakuhakādibhiḥ | vepamānārditāḥ sarve brahmāṇamupatasthire
เหล่าเขาทั้งปวงถูกจัมภะ ศุมภะ และพวกอื่น ๆ เช่น กูษมาณฑะ กับ กุหกะ ทำให้เดือดร้อนจนสั่นระริก จึงพากันเข้าเฝ้าพระพรหมเพื่อขอที่พึ่งและความช่วยเหลือ
