उत्तमेनेह वर्णेन द्रव्यलोभादिना नृप । नाधमस्य क्वचित्कार्यं तीर्थयात्रादिसेवनम्

uttameneha varṇena dravyalobhādinā nṛpa | nādhamasya kvacitkāryaṃ tīrthayātrādisevanam

โอ้พระราชา การจาริกสู่ทีรถะและการปฏิบัติอันคล้ายกันในโลกนี้ พึงกระทำโดยผู้มีอุปนิสัยสูงส่งเท่านั้น; ส่วนผู้มีจิตต่ำ ถูกขับเคลื่อนด้วยความโลภทรัพย์และสิ่งอื่น ย่อมไม่สมควรแก่การรับใช้ทีรถะไม่ว่าแห่งใด
