Transliteration

narmadāyāḥ sutastatra saśalyo viśalīkṛtaḥ | sarvadevaiśca ṛṣibhirviśalyā tena sā smṛtā

Translation

ณ ที่นั้น บุตรแห่งนรมทาผู้มีศัลยะ (หัวลูกศร) ฝังอยู่ ถูกทำให้ปราศจากศัลยะ คือได้รับการเยียวยา ด้วยเหตุนั้น เหล่าเทพและฤๅษีทั้งหลายจึงระลึกถึงนาง/สถานที่นั้นว่า “วิศัลยา”
