śrīśaile mādhavī nāma bhadre bhadreśvarīti ca | jayā varāhaśaile tu kamalā kamalālaye

Translation

ณศรีไศละ นางทรงพระนามว่า “มาธวี”; ณภัทร นางถูกเรียกว่า “ภัทรेशวรี”. บนวราหไศละ นางคือ “ชยา” ผู้ประทานชัยชนะ; และ ณกมลาลัย นางคือ “กมลา” งามดุจดอกบัว เป็นศรีและมงคลแห่งพีฐะอันศักดิ์สิทธิ์นั้นให้ผู้คนสักการะ.
