prataranti nimajjanti glāniṃ gacchanti jantavaḥ | caturvidhaiḥ prāṇigaṇairdraṣṭavyā sā mahānadī

สรรพสัตว์ทั้งหลายว่ายข้าม ดำดิ่ง และถึงความอ่อนล้า; กระนั้น มหานทีนั้นพึงเป็นที่ได้เห็นแก่หมู่สัตว์สี่จำพวก
