Tirtha: Śukla-tīrtha (two-krośa precinct)
Type: kshetra
Listener: Narādhipa (king)
Scene: Śiva consecrates a two-krośa sacred zone around the tīrtha; pilgrims bathe and emerge radiant, freed from sins; the landscape is marked as a protective, merit-giving mandala.
A consecrated tīrtha can grant both dharmic prosperity and liberation, with sin-removal through ritual bathing.
Śuklatīrtha and its surrounding sacred precinct measured as two krośas.
Snāna (ritual bathing) at the tīrtha is explicitly stated to free one from all sins.
