यत्तत्रोच्चरितं किंचित्तद्विप्रेभ्यो निवेदयेत् । तत्र तीर्थे नरः स्नात्वा नारी वा भक्तितत्परा । शक्तितो दक्षिणां दद्यात्कृत्वा श्राद्धं यथाविधि

yattatroccaritaṃ kiṃcittadviprebhyo nivedayet | tatra tīrthe naraḥ snātvā nārī vā bhaktitatparā | śaktito dakṣiṇāṃ dadyātkṛtvā śrāddhaṃ yathāvidhi

ถ้อยคำใดที่ได้สวดกล่าว ณ ที่นั้น พึงน้อมถวายเป็นการบอกกล่าวแด่พราหมณ์ทั้งหลาย ณ ตีรถะนั้น ไม่ว่าชายเมื่ออาบน้ำแล้ว หรือหญิงผู้ตั้งมั่นในภักติ เมื่อประกอบศราทธะให้ถูกต้องแล้ว พึงถวายทักษิณาตามกำลัง
